Villa Stella is the larger villa, accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with a 25-metre private pool, large tiled jacuzzi, spacious kitchen, two private gazebos, and direct beachfront access. Villa Lucia also accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, featuring a 20-metre private pool, equipped kitchen, two private gazebos, and beachfront access. Both villas are air-conditioned, pet-friendly, and include dedicated staff, parking, and exclusive use of the property.

The villas also offer full-time cook, housekeeping, gardening and maintenance services, making them suitable for private holidays, family stays, intimate celebrations, and beachfront events. Both villas can also be rented together for a larger private estate experience.
